Hoy os traigo las fotos de mi viaje a la mágica ciudad de Amsterdam, conocida como la «Venecia del norte» por sus más de 100 kilómetros de canales, unos 1500 puentes que los cruzan y alrededor de 90 islas.

CITY OF ARTS AND SCIENCES VALENCIA

¿Conocéis la ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia?

Seguro que sí, se trata del mayor complejo arquitectónico, cultural y de entretenimiento de la ciudad.

Está situada al final del viejo cauce del río Turia (Jardín del Turia), cauce que se convirtió en jardín en los años 1980, tras el desvío del río por la gran riada de Valencia en el año 1957

Diseñado por Santiago Calatrava y Félix Candela, junto con los ingenieros autores del diseño estructural del LÖceonografic ALberto Domingo y Carlos Lázaro, fue inaugurado en 1998 con la apertura del Hemisferic.

Do you know the city of Arts and Sciences in Valencia? 

The City of Arts and Sciences is an entertainment-based cultural and architectural complex in the city of Valencia, Spain. It is the most important modern tourist destination in the city of Valencia and one of the 12 Treasures of Spain.

It is situated at the end of the former riverbed of the river Turia, which was drained and rerouted after a catastrophic flood in 1957.

Designed by Santiago Calatrava and Félix Candela, the project began the first stages of construction in July 1996, and was inaugurated April 16, 1998 with the opening of L'Hemisfèric.

YO DONA- RUN THE NIGHT

La revista Yo Dona organizó este sábado su  Run the Night en el Hipódromo de Madrid. Más de 1.500 corredores se inscribieron a esta carrera, que va ya por su tercera edición.

Confieso que no soy para nada runner, lo de correr no es lo mío, con mi ración semanal de pilates ya estoy más que servida, pero hay que reconocer que este deporte últimamente está arrasando...

Ayer hacía muchísimo calor, y a pesar de que la carrera era por la noche, creo que ya te tiene que gustar este deporte para practicarlo con estas temperaturas....iba de acompañante y casi muero en el intento!

Yo Dona magazine organized last Saturday its Run the night in the Hipódromo of Madrid. More than 1,500 runners attended this race, which is already for its third edition.

I confess that I'm not at all runner, I don´t like it, I prefer Pilates, but you have to recognize that this sport is a trend ...

Yesterday was very hot (more than 35 celsius degrees...!), although the race it was at night, I think you have to love this sport to practice it with these high temperatures. I was accompanying and I almost died!

Fueron muchas las firmas que quisieron participar en este evento: Inmeov, Santa Teresa, Café de Oriente, Sanitas...

Al finalizar la carrera sortearon muchos de sus productos!
