One of the best plans if you are on a weekend in New York is to go for brunch! that mix between breakfast and lunch that we all love!
Americans like to accompany brunch with salty dishes, and there is an protagonist in most of them, the egg in all its versions:
Benedict: the dish consists of a round bread with bacon, ham poached eggs (boached eggs) and a rich hollandaise sauce.
Eggs Florentine: very similar but here the bacon is changed by spinach.
Scrambled eggs: those that we know as scrambled eggs, they put them with mushrooms, cheese, sausages ...
Sunny side up eggs: some dishes are accompanied by the sunny side up egg.
Omelette. you know, in the brunch they eat all kinds of omelette, like mushrooms, peppers ...
